We share only the personal data reasonably necessary for the relevant service or purpose.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that an appropriate legal mechanism is used as required by the GDPR.

You may contact us at info@ascanbe.nl if you would like further information about the safeguards applicable to a particular international transfer.

7. How long we keep your data

We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law or reasonably necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

To exercise your rights, contact us at:

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law, normally within one month.

10. Automated decision-making

Ascanbe does not use personal data to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

If this changes, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide the information required by applicable law.

11. Security
