1. Contact

For questions about your Ascanbe watch, warranty or servicing, please contact us at info@ascanbe.nl.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible.

2. Warranty

Every Ascanbe watch is covered by our 3-year warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.

If you experience an issue, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs. We will assess your request before any repair or replacement is carried out.

3. Sending Your Watch for Service

If your watch needs to be inspected, we will provide instructions on how and where to send it.

Please do not send your watch to us without contacting us first. We recommend packaging the watch securely and following the shipping instructions provided by our customer service team.

4. Repairs Outside Warranty

If a repair is not covered by warranty, we will inform you before any chargeable work is carried out.

Where applicable, you will receive a quotation for approval. No chargeable repair will begin without your agreement.

5. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications, or damage caused by use outside the stated specifications of the watch, including its water-resistance rating.

Straps and other components subject to natural wear may not be covered unless the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.

6. Proof of Purchase

We may ask for proof of purchase or your original order details when assessing a warranty or service request.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Our warranty and customer service terms are provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
